Terms and Conditions of Service

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter the “Terms”) govern access to and use of the website and the sales services offered by the Owner, in accordance with Legislative Decree 70/2003 (Electronic Commerce), the Consumer Code, and applicable EU regulations.

2. Purpose of the Service

Through this website (hereinafter the “Website”), the Seller offers products that can be purchased online by consumers or professionals. Completing a purchase implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

3. Acceptance of the Terms

By placing an order on the Website, the user (hereinafter the “Customer”) declares to have fully read, understood, and unreservedly accepted these Terms.

4. Account Registration

Registration may be required to make purchases or access reserved areas of the Website. The Customer must provide accurate and up-to-date information and keep login credentials confidential. The Owner is not responsible for improper use of the account by third parties.

5. Products and Availability

Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may not exactly represent the final product. Availability shown on the Website is indicative and may vary. In the event a product becomes unavailable after purchase, the Customer will be informed and refunded.

6. Prices and Payments

All prices are expressed in Euros and, unless otherwise specified, include applicable VAT.

Accepted payment methods are indicated on the checkout page. Payments are processed through third-party platforms (e.g., Shopify Payments, PayPal, credit cards): the Owner does not store full payment card details.

In case of an obvious pricing error, the order may be cancelled even after confirmation, and the Customer will be refunded.

7. Order Process

To place an order, the Customer must:

  • select the desired products;

  • proceed to checkout and enter the required information;

  • review the order summary;

  • confirm the purchase and complete payment.

The order is considered accepted only when the Owner sends an order confirmation email.

8. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping methods, delivery times, and costs are detailed on the dedicated Shipping Information page of the Website. Delivery is deemed completed when the Customer or a delegated third party receives the order.

The Owner is not responsible for delays caused by force majeure events, strikes, malfunctions, or issues attributable to the courier.

9. Right of Withdrawal

Customers purchasing as consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days, as provided by the Consumer Code. Detailed withdrawal procedures are available on the Returns and Refunds page.

10. Defective or Non-Conforming Products

If a product is defective, damaged, or not as ordered, the Customer must contact the Owner within a reasonable timeframe and provide photographic evidence. The legal warranty under the Consumer Code applies.

11. Liability

The Owner shall not be held liable for:

  • improper use of the products;

  • damages caused by incorrect installation, maintenance, or handling;

  • interruptions of the Website due to maintenance or technical issues;

  • indirect, consequential, or unforeseeable damages.

The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of data provided and the proper use of their account.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website (texts, logos, images, graphics, design, software) is protected by copyright and is the property of the Owner or licensed third parties. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use is strictly prohibited.

13. Privacy

The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, available on the Website.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Italian law. For disputes involving consumer Customers, jurisdiction lies with the Customer’s place of residence or domicile. For professional Clients, the exclusive jurisdiction lies with the Court of Catania.

15. Amendments to the Terms

The Owner reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect from the date of publication on the Website. Customers are encouraged to periodically review this page.
