Returns and Refunds

This policy governs the conditions for returns and refunds for purchases made through our e-commerce website, pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code) and applicable EU regulations on electronic commerce and consumer protection.

2. Right of Withdrawal (online purchases)

If you are a consumer (a natural person acting for purposes unrelated to any business, commercial, craft, or professional activity), you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without providing any reason, within 14 days from the date on which you or a third party designated by you acquires physical possession of the products.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision within the 14-day period by sending an explicit declaration (e.g., letter sent by post, email, or online form, if available on the website).

2.1 How to communicate your withdrawal

  • Full name

  • Email address used for the order

  • Order number

  • Products for which you wish to exercise the withdrawal

  • Date you received the products

2.2 Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments you have made to us for the products subject to withdrawal, including standard delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs incurred if you selected a delivery method other than the least expensive standard option offered by us), without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the date on which we were informed of your decision to withdraw.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed. In any case, you will not incur any fees as a result of the refund.

3. Returning Products

Products must be returned without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the date on which you notified us of your intention to withdraw from the contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

3.1 Conditions of returned products

Returned products must be:

  • intact, unused, and undamaged;

  • complete with all components and any accessories;

  • in their original packaging, including labels, documentation, and protective materials;

  • free from signs of wear, dirt, or alterations that may compromise resale.

We reserve the right to refuse the return or deduct an amount from the refund if the product is damaged or used beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning.

3.2 Return shipping costs

Unless otherwise indicated at the time of purchase or in specific promotional offers, the direct cost of returning the products is borne by the customer.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping the shipping receipt. We are not responsible for loss, damage, or delays during the return process caused by the courier.

4. Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal is excluded in the cases provided for by Art. 59 of the Consumer Code, including but not limited to:

  • supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized;

  • supply of goods that may deteriorate or expire rapidly;

  • supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for hygiene or health protection reasons and were opened after delivery;

  • supply of goods that, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items by their nature;

  • other cases expressly provided by law.

If a product falls under one of these exclusions, it will be clearly stated on the product page.

5. Defective or Non-Conforming Products

If a product is defective, damaged, or not as described, please contact us promptly and provide:

  • order number;

  • detailed description of the defect or non-conformity;

  • photographs as supporting evidence, if possible.

In such cases, the legal guarantee of conformity under the Consumer Code applies, entitling you to have the product restored to conformity free of charge (repair or replacement) or, in certain cases, a price reduction or contract termination.

6. Refund Timing and Methods

Refunds will be issued within 14 days from the date you notify us of your intention to withdraw. However, we may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods or until you provide proof of shipment, whichever occurs first.

The refund will include the price paid for the product and, where applicable, standard shipping costs. Additional costs arising from the selection of non-standard delivery options will not be refunded.
